5. Events and RSVPs
GoaGather acts as a platform connecting hosts and attendees. We are not responsible for the organisation, safety, or conduct of any event listed on the platform. Attendance at any event is at your own risk.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent events or information
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. GoaGather does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
